Calatheas are a diverse group of houseplants, grown primarily for their unique and highly attractive foliage. Naturally found in tropical regions, they’re guaranteed to bring an exotic look to your home and will dazzle with their decorative leaves. Calathea Roseopicta produce glossy, dark-green, medallion-like leaves with distinct striping down the centre and a pale green, pink-tinged halo effect around the edges. The underside of the leaves are a deep purple colour, which show when the plant folds its leaves together at night.
